[plain text: more info about me:]
Okay but Soul, like, who are you? And what experiences can you talk about?
I go by Soul, or Angel, and use ey/em or he/she pronouns. It/its is also good! But they/them are the ones I prefer the least, so please do use the other ones when possible!
I'm an italian aroace (closeted) perisex non binary person, currently in school, an artist and a writer. Im multigender, so I identify with multiple genders at the same time, I like to label myself as non binary trans and genderqueer, using words like boygirl and transfemmasc.
Here's what experiences I can personally talk about:
[plain text: here's what experiences I can personally talk about:]
Being non binary trans, specifically multigender
Feeling opposite/contrasting genders (pangender and agender at the same time) (using "contradictory" labels like boygirl, being transfemmasc and transandrogynous)
A low distinction between gender/low intensity of feeling said genders
Being oriented aromantic asexual, specifically cupioromantic, as well as being demiplatonic
Living in a very religious (specifically catholic) country
Living/being raised in a country whose language is intensely gendered and that has no neutral pronouns
Being disabled, specifically neurodivergent, having diagnosed obsessive compulsive disorder and probably audhd
Writing/drawing trans characters and how to portray them
Here's what experiences I *cannot* personally speak about:
[plain text: here's what experiences I *cannot* personally speak about:]
Im perisex, until proven otherwise, so I cannot speak about intersex experiences
Im white, so I cannot speak about how being a person of colour intersects with one's gender identity
Im closeted, so I cannot speak about how it is to be openly trans and the experiences that come with it
Following the above, I cannot speak on medical transition related stuff! I dont know how hrt or surgeries work and Im not able to give advice
Im able bodied, so I cannot speak for the experiences of physically disabled people
Does this mean that you cannot tell me about said experiences? No, because you can absolutely send asks and posts about experiences I dont share, but I want to clarify here and now that since I haven't lived through them, Im not qualified to talk about how it is to personally experience said things or answer questions about i! And you will still always find a listening ear and a bunch of encouragement waiting for you here <3
Im the mod of @angels-safe-corner, a blog dedicated to serving as safe space for everyone who needs, and @this-is-multigenderphobia where Im far more active.
Additional note: If there is anything I can do to make this blog more accessible, or if I ever say something offensive, please let me know. I'm here to try and help fellow queer people, and I always want to improve so people can be comfortable.
