Since Scott is a TV Host that interviews and comments on the Outsiders/STARR shows and its contestants. Why not make Pearl a STARR worker aswell? and since Sausage voiced one of the scientist...

Pearl is a scientist that works for the STARR corporation, Sausage is her lab partner (theyre besties/found family).

Since Scott just used his skin for the Empires 1 royal wedding, Pearl's design is also inspired in e1!Pearl. From the colors to the fact he's an angel, cause of the golden wings and whatnot.

Also this makes Scott a demon/half demon cause his skin had pointy ears so I gave him sum small horns! Easy to hide under his hair, thats why we dont see em in the skin trust </3
