fun things to do with left over curries/ pasta sauces if you don't just want to make MORE pasta or rice:
savoury oats: put some oats in the microwave for 2 min and then add sauce. (good lunch option)
shepherd's pie: boil then mash some potatoes, add sauce to bottom of a dish, spoon the potatoes over then bake (or air fry would work i imagine) until the top is a little brown.
jollof/pilaf style: mix the sauce into raw rice, add half water (or more or less depending on how wet the sauce is) and a stock cube (rice seeps flavour) and cook it all together. cook until the rice is done (or a little longer to let a crust form on the bottom... yum!)
chop up some potatoes into chips, toss in oil, salt and some spices related to the sauce you have (i.e. garam masala for curry, paprika+cumin, herbs etc) then bake the chips, warm up the sauce and pour it over. chili chips style!
eat with corn chips like it's a dip. or with bread
add water and turn it into a soup (only works with some things. good luck figuring out which ones lol) i'd add a small pasta shape like macaroni or some chopped potatoes to make it a meal. or some crusty bread.
