you’ve known Cedric for years and it was just natural to fall in love with each other. it happened gradually until you were the one to ask him out on a date. funnily enough, he was planning on asking you out the same day. 

the thing Cedric loves most about you is your freckles, he thinks they’re a dream and they contrast so well with your black hair and pale skin. He’s sick of hearing you say “i should put some fake tan on, or maybe a sun holiday would do the trick”. He loved your skin, you were his porcelain doll. 

Cedric is just as extroverted as you are, making it easy to get along with one another’s friends. You were the power couple in Hogwarts during your prime. There was never a dull moment with you both. He loved going on adventures with you and trying new things; you both made a deal to try something new every day.

I got hung up thinking about drilling this hole into the edge of the kick-up part of the rudder several years ago, and just put on hold (indefinate) the whole idea of ever sailing the boat I built.
