Inner Stem is a Must & no Journey is easy without it

..Let me warn you, this little piece of advice is a real Shortcut & of a diamond value if one takes it right and implements it in practice. Once a good frend of mine told me that to be able to tackle life's "out-of-the-blues" & pave the way to success the person shall pocess an Inner Stem. Oh this term became like my childhood obcession about Ginny in a Bottle - if you find it all the Life "impossibles" become easy to get but neither Giny nor that bottle practically exist. Now close to practice. What we do is we write down a huge list of all positive existing features about ourself. This list should include physicall features, humanistic side of us, talents, personality etc. In this case the best friend can give a hint what they find special about you. This list may take a long time but, believe me, this list will become a Key. The Kea to which door? Well, most definitely to that tale of Inner Stem for sure. Different sources give different information about the reason why this list is so helpful for building up Inner Stem. Some say that it is effect of affirmations, which program your mind for positive thinking. Some say, it is that positive self talk that attracts your attention on your positive side and it makes its miracles. Whatever it is but, when you read this List in the morning during coffee time (it's my favorite ritual but you can have a different one) & before going to sleep this little Secret Ritual in a miraculous way developes Charisma, Belief in Self, Confidence & that "I know Who I am" and "I know what I can do" attitude, which is felt in radius of at leas Solar System;) Our modern world has so much of information which proves we are not ideal, we are not enough and, I guess, this list of positive qualities of self just underlines the fact that we are unique as who we are. We may think any person can have the same quality in the List but, it's like the painting, which is not about separate color but about combination of colors, number and type of strockes, texture & proportions, & the spirit itself. This is the same about our own set of talents & postive sides - alltogether we are a Beautiful Universal Painting having its Spirit & Colors combination. When realising that we build Inner Stem which will help to suppor us when the Wind of Life tries to bend or brake us.

little things

tonight my family and I were going out to dinner and naturally they ignored my diet and chose to go to an all-burger restaurant. to my surprise I found that they also offered a delightful little quinoa burger that was fully vegan, not only was I super excited as this was the first time where I could actually eat something along with my family while out for dinner but I was pleasantly surprised as it was the perfect little size, not too big not too small, and though little it tasted heavenly! then later on as I went to the bathroom it turned out that everything there was Eco-friendly!

it was nice to be able to finally enjoy a meal alongside my family and it got me excited about living in a new city where vegan/vegetarian options would be more easily accessible! (: little things like this satisfy me so
