I havent asked anyone to call me by the male name that I’ve chosen for myself yet because I’m really nervous about it but I do tell customers when I deliver to them that my name is Mason. I send them a text that says “Hey this is mason from jimmy johns. Ill be there in a few minutes” etc. It used to say Marisa but to customers that arent my regulars I change it to Mason and no one ever seems to question me. I got called sir a couple times today and I’ve tried to be aware of deepening my voice when I talk and sounding more monotone and with less intonation. One person on the phone originally called me sir and then changed to maam so that was a little disheartening but by and large, it seems that people tend to see me how I tell them to see me. 

Also my binder rolling up REALLY pisses me off. Definitely going to invest in a tank style binder real soon.
