Lonely struggle [makochanandkittens]

Alexis sighed, sitting on the beach. Another fight with her mother. It was starting to get old at this point, but never the less, she always came here to clear her head. She finally made it into a kendo tournament, but she wasn't allowed to go. Why? She was the only girl amongst the boys. All her hard work, thrown out because of a gender difference.
