This one is somewhat old. It's my first ever finished animation and I was proud of it at the time.

There’s a child in my eyes and he screams in the night.

He’s a victim of hatred and coldness and spite.

He’s a runaway dagger, a spoiler for fights,

And the darkness, it rises, enclosing his might.

He’s a beauty queen dancing to gipsy king songs

And his eyes are alive as he pleases the throngs,

But where does he go when the crowds are all gone?

There’s no home for the wandering warrior

There’s a child in my eyes and they’re screaming for love,

So they look for it outwards, below and above,

But whenever they find it, it’s never enough,

So they summon the storms in, the seas growing rough.

(I do not own any of the images, and the original lyrics belong to Malumi, Lullaby. I have only tweaked them to fit better)
