Trying out both color and monochrome color schemes...
Malwhere is an upcoming horror game that takes place inside of your computer, featuring enemies based on real-world computer viruses.
This is the player character, Tab. Tab is a harmless computer bug that has agreed to follow the directions of the Administrator (that’s you) in order to get rid of the viruses. Even though it is frightened, it will try its best to be brave.

I was scrolling through Tumblr and managed to stumble upon the Sprite and art post of Kuku; an enemy in the game @velocett is currently developing- Malwhere. I really liked it so I decided to make some fanart. Here's a couple doodles of Kuku in different poses and one where I took a crack at humanizing it. With the white, mask-like face, wings, and hoop around its neck; Kuku seemed almost angelic. At least in a fallen angel kind of sense. So I ended up basing the human(ish) form around that idea.

This is Mydoom, a virus from the mid-2000s that is still the fastest-spreading e-mail virus of all time. The creator of this virus remains unknown.

Thank you!
A huge thanks to everyone who liked or reblogged the Kuku post, and to all of my new followers!
As well, Malwhere now has a Twitter and Facebook page to keep you updated as the Malwhere Team works on the demo and Kickstarter content. This is a game I’ve wanted to make since I watched a news report on the ILOVEYOU virus sixteen years ago, and I’m so excited that it’s finally happening.

This is Kuku, a DOS-era virus that can overtake your entire screen if you fail to beat it in time.
