Being a cancer survivor I have educated myself on self love. I don’t ever want cancer again and in my opinion unresolved energy or feelings or whatever you want to call it (but it’s unresolved) and living in your body, that’s a playground for cancer. With being a recent caregiver to that ended in me watching her die, I am realizing that that experience is as powerful at depositing negative energy -thoughts-unresolved feelings as my cancer diagnosis. We have been giving ourselves a lot of self love and one form is infrared. I experienced a rush of emotional dumping in this last one. It was amazingly intense but left me completely “rung out” of my negative buildup.
