Mammal bite
No Hx of rabies vaccine
- ERIG 40 IU/kg intralesion
- Speeda/Verolab 0.5 ml IM day 0, 3, 7, 14, 28
- dT 0.5 ml IM months 0, 1, 6 if no Hx dT or incomplete dT vaccination in clean wound
+ TRIG in dirty wound
dT 0.5 ml IM if Hx dT > 10 year in clean wound or > 5 year in dirty wound
Mammal bite during rabies vaccine course
- no need rabies vaccination
Hx of complete rabies vaccine < 6 months
- Speeda/Verolab 0.5 ml IM day 0
Hx of complete rabies vaccine > 6 months
- Speeda/Verolab 0.5 ml IM day 0, 3
