You're kind of an inspiration to me. And I try to use your mantra of don't be a dick. But I'm struggling really bad with suicidal thoughts and I really don't see any positive things right now. Could you help with some words of wisdom?

whats wrong with atheist celebrating christmas, christians celebrate pagan holidays?
Well firstly, they deny religion as a whole. The celebration of the winter solstice was a pagan holiday where they gave praise to the sun gods.The whole idea of gifts being handed out was done by a christian saint who handed gold a coin to children which eventually turned into presents handed out, another thing that was started by a religion. If you're an individual who doesn't believe in religion why choose some things and deny other things? To me that's just a load of shit. As soon as you go on about thinking christianity being stupid or a religion being stupid but you celebrate something like christmas, or halloween which was all saints day and the pagan celebration of the dead where they give thanks to the gods. Easter was the celebration of the last supper, a christian celebration.
If you're going to celebrate a holiday then don't say that religions are wrong and stupid because you're automatically accepting them and their meanings.
