i'm the 2nd youngest of 23 cousins, so when my grandparents were alive it was really hard to get alone time with them, but they ALWAYS made sure we all felt special! We each had our own special little habit or game that they did with us to make us happy. So my grampy would take me out to his giant garden with a big field of sunflowers, count to three, turn around, and I would run into the flowers! he would try to guess where I was and I would run back to him carrying a bunch of sunflowers :)

Awww that's so adorable! My grandpa used to give us all boy's names. Even the boys had boy's names. So when he died his obituary had all of the grandchildren's names and then in parenthesis our boy's names. My name was Clancy and my sister's was Jake.
