Anyone else wary of their navamsa? Because what if planets there are WORSE OFF than in your natal chart? What then? In my D9 both Sun and Mars are debilitated! On top of that, Sun is conjunct Ketu in the 7th house, and Mars rules my whole Navamsa whilst residing in the sign of Cancer in the 4th house! (Yes, it also aspects the Sun/Ketu duo by the virtue of its 4th aspect.) Sun also happens to be my DK planet in D1. That's concerning.

I am treading these waters carefully because I don't want to make sweeping statements/I am not a professional astrologer/I haven't explored the navamsa as much as other parts of astrology yet (more like I'm not confident in making any conclusions about it, as I read charts based on the knowledge I've gathered from other people in addition to books, websites, videos of other astrologers + most importantly real life events and how they're directly portrayed in the horoscopes themselves)

If anyone's older and experienced in reading navamsa, or if you've seen it play out in your life as well as D1, please share with me in the comments or tags! I'm curious! Tom Riddle and Mangala Verms, from my fic Pit of Vipers

Tom thrusted his glass of scotch against Orson's chest and stalked across the party, his eyes only for Mangala. He walked around the archways and cut her off before she slipped through it.

She took a step back, shock flickered across her face before annoyance over took her features. Her brown eyes were a softer, honey compared his darker hazel. And the prettiest eyes he ever seen, especially as she glared up at him.

"Excuse you?" she asked. Ah, her voice was better than he imagined. In two simple words, she spoke with the ferocity of firebird.

"Excuse me indeed," he said. "My apologies, Miss Verma, but saw you across from the party, and I had to come over and speak to you."

"Do I know you?" she asked, growing more irritated.

"You do not, but I know of your work. My name is--

"I do not care." Blunt, and disrespectful. No one dared talked to him this way in years. He couldn't fight the grin. "I don't want to know a self-serving, arrogant white man like you who feels entitled to my time and personhood. Now, excuse me. I have business elsewhere."

She turned in flurry and left without looking back. Tom stood there, watching her leave with a bright grin stretching across his face, and hand over his heart.

Oh, that went better than he expected!

My Ketu MD/ Mars Antardasha is lighting me on fire…

Quite literally. My bones, my skin, my wounds, my womb… everything feels like it is set ablaze.

Before I go to bed I do my nightly routine which involves a shower and lymphatic drainage massage from head to toe. When I do this and lay down, my feet literally feel like they’re on fire. Not in a way that hurts… in a way that I felt like I was standing on fire and walking through it.

I hear a lot of traditional astrologers say that Ketu is the worst MD they’ve ever been through/ seen people experience. Additionally, if Ketu is easy going for you then Shukra Dasha should be rly bad. Ofcourse, taking one’s individual chart as a case by case matter. However, I don’t think that’s always the case.

The macrocosm(universe) and your own universe (the microcosm) are both living, breathing organisms that interact with eachother to stimulate your constant evolution. Being connected to that purpose, having your finger on that impulse, for the sake of those who came before you, and those who you came for in this form (reincarnation + karmic evolution), the universe treats you fairly.

Sure, we all reincarnate with purpose to clear our karmic cycles from the past. But the true alchemist, can transmute their setbacks and shift into their destined blueprint at any given time. It doesn’t matter what an astrologer says, it doesn’t matter who predicts what is to come.

You are the designer of your reality. Work with the energies being presented to you in your given( ultimately chosen) timeline. There is something to learn( and alchemize) in every experience.
