Hi kat! My blog got flagged and sent into tumblr jail and I remember that this has happened to you before. What did you do to get your blog back? Can you please help me?

so the first step is definitely contacting support (here) and choosing "my blog was incorrectly marked as explicit or mature", then write (politely) down that your blog was marked but you wish it to be reviewed because you are not a mature blog.

now i know some users haven't gotten their blog back / have not heard anything back for months. what i did, was:

send the first ticket

if you get an automated reply to your email that has "reply above the line if this did not resolve your issue" or something along the lines, then reply to it! tumblr will sometimes, on some issues, send an automated reply with possible solutions and then ask you to reply if the message didn't resolve your issue. so read the automated reply and see if they're asking you to email them again.

if you don't hear back, send another ticket - you can't send two on the same topic regarding the same user, so i chose other reasons, such as "posting" or "my post isn't appearing in the tags" or "something else" because you can't deny it is also that lmao

i, personally, would keep bothering them until i get a reply of some sort - that's what i did when i was marked and i got my blog back within a week.

The Moustache-less Da-ge took a bit of time and effort as well! (the Moustache Saga lurks beneath the surface like a monster)

The absolutely monstrous Xichen facial expression meta post sure is...something

Still pretty pleased with the light in the angsty Holding Me Holding You Chapter 4 illustration

Had a lot of fun with The Yiling Patriarch Adopts Xue Yang and Shenanigans Ensue AU (still working on the next chapter)

Soft post-canon Bunny Therapy with Sizhui and Xichen fic ;-;

Absolutely ADORE the joint project My Brothers, My Sister, and Me humor podcast AU has become (I know that didn’t start just this year but the second installment happened!)

Sad, experimental Cursed Lan Xichen fic was fun

And little-smartass finally broke me and the Modern 3zun Raise Jingyi AU began

So many things, and yet I still feel like I’ve forgotten something. Oh well--I tag (if you want and this sounds fun, no obligation. Me and @rose-nebulijia have been working on this for so long that it is incredibly strange that it is now almost over (and also really sad :'() We were honestly blown away by how many people contributed. Little anecdote: the first day, i set the queue to 7 posts a day and told vish that i was being optimistic. turns out we needed more like 15 to 20 posts a day to keep up! 🥰💙

i had such a busy week (i didn't plan for my offline life to be the busiest its been in a while this week but sometimes that's just how things go ^^') that i didn't have as much time to create or enjoy the creations as I would have hoped. but i can't wait to go through everything again and give every single one the attention it deserves!
