slept for 7 hours after being awake for 24hrs and then some. why did I stay up that long you ask? look I tried to sleep. my record for sleeping while manic is 5 hours, so I beat that at least. 😮🚬 I do not control the bipolar disorder. I let it breathe. it does what it wants. and I haven't had a manic episode in a while. I deserve a little manic episode. as a treat
