𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱 ⚡️ What you see here is without doubt the master of the functional training exercise and there’s nothing (𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘥𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘴) that involve so many things at the same time, seriously this exercise is a full-body Workout 🏋🏽♂️ Aaaand my clients hate this one and probably lots of them get sweaty and nervous already just by watching this video I know 😅 𝐁𝐔𝐓! Of course, they do also know how effective it can be! so I’m happy to share it finally here on the ‘gram community. 💁🏽♂️ What I like to do is a little change in order to activate the adductor better especially on the way up but of course it has thousands variations and also you can do the same circuit with a pair of kettlebells or a barbell instead.. 🔴 I recommend before doing this exercise to work on isolation movement first by dividing on its parts and work on each one on them day by day .. the moment you learn every part properly then you ready to try the whole compound movement, first without weight and then with some chilos.
