The Mission - Valley Maker.

The beauty of sharing music (and being part of initiatives like Noonday Tune) is that you are constantly being introduced to new artists. At our last Vinyl Revival, one of the contributors played this album Valley Maker - I was mesmerized. 

More about Valley Maker: "Austin Crane began releasing music under his own name while in college in Columbia, South Carolina. In his final year of school he released his first full-length record under the name Valley Maker."

This is Valley Maker's second album.

I Luv the Valley OH!! - Shearwater.

Shearwater is one of those bands - science, passion for nature, complexity and you go on a journey. "Fellow Travelers" is an all covers album of Shearwater's favourite artists. "I Luv the Valley OH!!" was originally a song by American avant-garde group Xiu Xiu, but Jonathan Meiburg's voice turns the song into a anthem which echo's throughout the valley.

Cadillac Desert - William Tyler.

I first heard of William Tyler on a NPR first listeners podcast. "Impossible Truth" is his second studio album release via Merge Records. In the first 10 seconds of listening to "Cadillac Desert" you will get that feeling of being on the road. The road is between nothing and something. The front door window is open and the wind is flowing through your fingers. Each song of the albums takes you on different journeys, without lyrics to fill the gaps, his finger picking fills those gaps so beautifully.
