Abusive relationship; AU

The sun reflecting onto Savannah's face caused her to let out a tired groan, turning to her side as she felt a stinging feeling on her hip causing her to open her eyes. She let out a disappointed sigh as she saw the bed being empty, no sight of her boyfriend being there; How typical. The brunette slowly raised the over-sized shirt she was wearing, revealing the bruises on her upper leg and hip. A painful groan escaped her throat as she looked at it, it had been one of those nights again. One of those nights she wished she would forget, but couldn't. She dropped her shirt again before slowly getting out of bed. Her whole body was hurting, every step she took made her want to fall down to the ground. Despite the pain, Savannah managed to put on a smile and hide the pain behind it before walking out the bedroom. She quickly made her way downstairs, just to see him sitting down on the couch. "Morning." She mumbled, a smile plastered on her lips as she walked towards the kitchen.
