personally a sucker for wet spots but also not even necessarily just on clothing. some of my favorite examples:

character who humps a towel/blanket/pillow to help them hold, leaking constantly, and when they finally manage to pull the towel/blanket/pillow out from between their legs there's a big noticeable dark spot on the fabric.

character doing that desperate speed walk toward the nearest bathroom but they're already full-blown pissing themself and there's a trail of wetness on the floor following them. (bonus if it's all uneven and zig-zag shaped because they can't walk straight, or has some noticeably larger puddles from when they stopped and tried to hold themself or cross their legs.)

character bottoming or receiving during sex, needing to pee really bad, and the damp patch on the sheets gets bigger and bigger in spurts.

character on a long drive finding a gas station or rest area to pull over at and thinking they just barely made it in time, but when they come back to their car after the fact, they see an obvious wet spot on their car seat.

character wetting in a sleeping bag or under their blanket covers while other people are present, trying to discreetly turn around and not saturate any one area too much with piss so that at least it doesn't soak through and become visible from the outside.

omo thought of the day. person who has a strong bladder, but it doesn't FEEL like it. hands in a vice grip around their crotch while they're sitting, legs crossed so tight they're shaking, and they're thinking the whole time "holy fuck i'm going to piss myself i'm actually going to piss myself" but they don't. or theyre squirming, whimpering, bouncing from foot to foot terrified they're going to leak RIGHT NOW they can FEEL it..... and then they never do. they have to pee so bad they can't even stand up straight, their hands and thighs are trembling from how desperate they are to get any relief, it looks and feels so clearly like they're seconds away from wetting themself. but seconds turn into minutes and they're still completely dry, just more and more desperate to pee to the point where they can't even form words, can't even think of anything other than how they're so close to having a full blown accident. but they're not. and unless something changes, they're going to stay this way for a while.

+ bonus if they have a dom who won't let them use the bathroom until they leak a little, but it really is just not happening at all and they know there is no "letting out a little on purpose" at this point or they're going to fully wet themself

thinking about people who just completely zone out when they finally get to piss. like their eyes glaze over and their pupils get all wide, their entire body practically goes limp, it's like they're just so focused on their relief that they stop taking in all other sensory input. maybe you can hear how hard they're pissing, or see the massive wet spot on the front of their pants if they didn't make it in time, but you honestly don't even need to do either in order to tell how relieved they are. it's obvious by the way they've completely stopped talking and don't even seem capable of producing words, the way they're panting and their gaze is unfocused and don't react at all when touched or spoken to. just totally out of it, like the only thing their mind is capable of focusing on is how good it feels to finally let go. idk. people whose brains short-circuit when they piss themselves

need more content about the little moments of alleviation in omo... a character finally grabbing their crotch after resisting it for so long, and the satisfaction of having their desperation eased even a little bit is so good they let out a helplessly pleased whimper. humping a pillow to help themself hold and sighing at the relief of successfully delaying the inevitable. leaking into their clothes and feeling the need to pee get more urgent, but for those brief, blissful moments where their overworked muscles get to relax and the most sensitive parts of their body are all soaked and warm and comfortable, they feel like they're in heaven. letting a character bask in that temporary respite so that when the urge comes back or gets worse, they're so much more desperate to go

im indecisive as hell or something which is probably why i like the omo concept of someone just giving up. it's half desperation/loss of control and half voluntary, like just that perfect middle ground.

person who is RIGHT THERE in front of the toilet but struggling to unzip their pants, leaking in little spurts while they're tugging at their fly, and then they just give up. they sit down on the toilet with their pants still on, and then they full-force wet themself. most of it ends up in the right place but no small amount of it streams down the legs of their pants and forms a puddle on the ground. they don't even notice, they're just panting with relief like they got what they wanted.

or person who's holding and is fully in the squirming and whimpering stage of desperation like they need to go NOW or they're having an accident. and then, despite being in front of people or in a place otherwise very unsuited to be used like a bathroom, they just pull their pants down and piss into the nearest container, against the wall, on the floor, whatever they can relieve themself with that isn't their pants. probably doesn't spare them any dignity, but their brain is too hazy to think clearly, they just know that they needed to pee so bad and they were not about to keep trying to hold it.

not even necessarily a "giving up" situation, but like safewording out of a holding-during-sex type of thing, and instead of making the whole journey to the bathroom they just sit/lie down and wet the bed. toilet's too many seconds away for their poor bladder. bedsheets are good enough.

omo character who straight up refuses to give in to wetting themself, even past a point of no return.

doing everything within their ability to keep holding, hands between their crossed legs, tapping their foot, straddling or dry humping something, shifting in place constantly... they don't give up the first time they leak, they just press their thighs together tighter and try even harder to physically stop themself from having an accident. then one leak turns into two, two leaks turns into just constant dribbling into their pants that they literally cannot stop. there is an obvious wet patch or puddle or other sign that it's probably too late at this point, but they're still putting so much effort into holding it that they're physically shaking. they never fully piss themself or anything, just slowly empty their bladder in increasingly bigger spurts and leaks, and even while they're getting the relief they so badly wanted they're squirming and trying their best to keep it in because they just refuse to wet themself on purpose

there's opportunity for another character to get involved too, like a friend/partner/dom who's trying to convince them to just let go already, they'll feel so much better if they're not actively fighting the relief they're unavoidably getting. but i also like the idea of a character doing this entirely by themself. there's no one to embarrass themself in front of or anything, they're just too stuck on that stubborn feeling in their head that they need to make it and cannot have an accident.
