Day 23: Your computer desktop

I am a huge fan of the show Wynonna Earp (Wayhaught for life!), and I really like Wynonna’s and Waverly’s relationship as sisters. I think it’s really sweet how Wynonna kind of tries to be the older, responsible sister that takes care of Waverly but she is a hot mess and Waverly ends up taking care of her more often. Lately, I have managed to keep my computer desktop organize, I hope it stays like that!

Day 8: notes

Today was a productive day where I made notes for two of my tests coming up - maths tomorrow (see the arithmetic and geometric series formula cards) and then biology the day after (pages and pages of osmoregulation notes because it’s so content-heavy that I had to handwrite them to actually memorise properly!) The colours I used for both notes just happened to coincidentally match, so I stuck them together for today’s photo. Now is it a coincidence that my tests are one day after the other or are my teachers just messing with me?

Sorry guys, long day at school yesterday (post here).  I got home later than I planned, and by the time I got home, the lighting in my room wasn’t ideal for pictures.

March Study Challenge | 15.03.2017

Third day of class. I’m writing this at 1pm and I’ll have to go now to grab lunch and then rest for a while before classes actually start today at 3pm. I have Social Marketing lectura at 3pm and then Advanced Advertising at 7pm. Yes, another day until 10pm. Kill me now. IT JUST THE THIRD DAY.

Day 15: Stationery store of choice

In Peru we don’t have many stationary stores, not like the cute ones. 

One of the big brands and the one that’s trying to innovate more in stationary that’s appealing aesthetically and not only functional is Tai Loy. Everyone goes to Tai Loy. Kids from school, university students like me, office workers and even artists. Tai Loy has a part of their stores specifically for their artistic line. Nevertheless, they don’t work much marketing on it. They should, but I think that for a matter of prices, artists don’t buy many things in there. 

Tai Loy is one of the few of big companys that have every stationary brand available here in Peru to purchase in their store. They are located in every district of my city, Lima, and usually I can get to three Tai Loy stores just by walking. This happens to me when I go to Parque Kennedy in Miraflores and I have three os these stores realy near. 

My favorite Tai Loy store is the one in Av. Larco, Miraflores. There I sqw my beatiful and beloved Tombows. LIKE TOMBOWS GUYS. HERE IN PERU. They were in the artists’ part of the store but God, I just never thought I’d get to see tombows in my life. They were really expensive though. Really expensive. 

It’s not my favourite and I havent bought many things from it because the quality is not wow to fo with their prices, but “Casas e ideas” is a nice store that sells really pretty things. For me, they’re most of the time kind of expensive and the products are not worth those prices. But they’re beautiful. They have very original planners and notebooks. I love their notebooks. Now I saw a pencil case that was indredibly nice and pretty but it came in a pack with some pens that looked really cheap and I just wanted the pencil case. My mom said “you have enough already”. They has really cool stuff in their last campaign for going back to school, but I couldn’t buy anything because, you know, #poor.
