So I think this one is done. It kinda bothers me that it doesn’t have a colored in background but it’s too big of an empty space to turn it into a sky. So I decided to leave it white. When I do Mandalas I have a number sheet, I always use 1 color per “square “ since I use markers. With pencils on the other hand … now that’s something else. So I went out, and got me a new notebook. I attached my notes for this coloring as an example. The green are Marco Raffine pencils, the red numbers are MaPed set. I find it really handy, even though it’s A LOT of work. But for certain parts I based myself on previous colorings. In the long run it makes things easier. Testdriving a new set of #marcoraffinepencils - so far I like them! Not quite as buttery as #prismacolorpencils, but nice and rich. Also, quail are the most ridiculous looking birds ever. It it were June, I'd probably count this as a #junicorn.
