What do you think of the way they altered Mariah’s face and hair in the Remake?
I wish we knew more about Joel and Tommy’s background.
Obviously the show added in Tommy’s veteran past.
But I want to know how they grew up. How were they raised? What happened to their parents? How long had it just been them?
Their parents are never mentioned, not even on outbreak night, so I'm assuming they're either dead or estranged.
Obviously Joel acts like a big brother, but did he learn how to be a parent from Tommy? We don’t know their age gap (please correct me if I’m wrong) but it’s speculated to be around 6 years. So I imagine Joel helped raise him.
He probably babysat him, drove him around, helped him with homework, cooked for him, did all the stuff older siblings get stuck doing.
Was he just being a big brother or was he forced into a more parental role?
