For the non-sexually active missed period anon! I started my period pretty late in life, and it was fairly irregular and got worse to the point where I wasn't getting it for almost an entire year. While I wouldn't worry too much about your immediate health, it is best to see a gyno to have things checked out to balance your hormones, which will take care of you in the long term. Basically, just go to the gyno and don't worry too much!
