Does post spm Luigi still have some Mr. L traits or something? Was it like a split personality? Or is everything back to normal after the pure hearts fixed stuff for him

Luigi : " But sometimes it's almost as if I could still hear a little voice deep inside my head talking to me... "

Also, can we real quick acknowledge the fact that Luigi technically helped an entire population of people to just disappear off the face of the planet?

Like in paper, Mario, there’s an entire world that just crumbled into dust like an artists forgotten project

 I think with this knowledge, it just makes the audio that I mentioned fits that much more because by all technicality Luigi was brainwashed and has no recollection or had any control over his actions (allegedly :>c )
