Mario’s Maywood
Pittsburgh Day 4-Riverfront, Mr. Rogers and Mario’s East Side.
13 DAY
Pictures of Mario's deli. It was a small Italian place in Westport here in KC. Some of the best food in the city. The way they made grinders was to take half an Italian loaf, hollow it out and fill it with sauce, cheese, and either meatballs or Italian sausage. They were delicious! It was also the first place I ever had tiramisu.
They were around the corner and a couple of blocks from my family's store. I used to go there two or three times a week.
