Same Day Weddings is open for weddings every day. Here are the steps for getting married in Indiana.
1. Complete the Indiana Marriage License Application online at https://www.in.gov/judiciary/2605.htm
2. Pick up your marriage license at your county clerk’s office.
3. Once you get your marriage license, you can call or text us at (317) 525-2554 to get married in our office, Same Day Weddings™ at 120 E. Market St., Suite 305, in downtown Indianapolis (building with the red awning).
Please contact your county clerk’s office for information on how to obtain a marriage license. If you are an out-of-state couple getting married in Indianapolis, you will obtain your marriage license at the Marion County Clerk’s Office, 200 E. Washington St., Suite W-122, Indianapolis, IN, 46204, (317) 327-4740.
