Marion Richardson Writing patterns The connections between developing a good cursive writing style and spelling patterns are well know. Marion Richardson is less known now but she was an early advocate of child art, development of self-expression and self-evaluation of work. The art of her children was exhibited by Roger Fry and later she become LCC art inspector and developed her handwriting programme for children.
