MARK S.O.A.P. ~ CHAPTER 13

SCRIPTURE:
As Jesus left the temple, one of His disciples said to him, “Teacher, look! "What awesome stones and buildings!” ~ Mark 13:1
OBSERVATION:
Even in Jesus's physical presence, this disciple was distracted by the things around him...
...like the "country boy gone to the big city..." (which is probably the case...)
The more things change, the more they don't...
...in that this is a lot like me...
...I have His presence...
...but - look, a squirrel!
APPLICATION:
Focus on Him...
...so that others may see Him...
PRAYER:
Lord Father God - Please forgive my distractedness... for allowing things to take my focus from You and Your grace and mercy and will for my life... Thank for an inquiring, inquisitive mind and may I use it to see You and Your blessings and Your handiwork in and around me and those with whom I come into contact - for Your glory, in Jesus's Name...
For Him... for you... for yours...
