I was just out of it for nearly every hour I was awake and Loved every second of it.
Was really happy to get Blue Ghosts on the last night because they are just amazing and I've missed them.
Markas Carcas band was the best. Mark himself was LOCKED before he even started playing so that made the gig even better. In fact I'm pretty sure they were all locked because there was strings breaking all over the place and singing dogs and it was just the best gig ever, definitely the best gig of the weekend.
We Arrive Alive were great as were Enemies and were perfect to end the nights. Also got to hang see Gareth which is always fun.
I think I drank more this weekend than any other time in my life and it was deadly. Regretted it ever morning so much though. I'm really glad I got more cans off my mates who were going to bed on the last night because I was hanging with the organizers and other really sound people on a stage that people just stared jamming on when all the gigs ended early. It was great because it such a good festival and the people who organize it put a lot of hard work into it and it was just nice to drink with them and connect with them while we swigged on Buckfast. Perfect end to a perfect weekend.
