I have heard many good things about this place so I was keen to try it. When I go to fine dining places, I generally expect big plates and small portion of food, but not at this place. You are served fine dining dishes at not so tiny servings. The staff are very accommodating so you are well looked after. Their menu is regularly updated to reflect seasonal changes and showcase the best of quality and locally sourced produce to give you unique, culinary creations. @districtbrasserie Starter: Charred organic house baked bread and garlic, herb butter Entree 1: wagyu bresaola, jamon, lamb jerky, crispy chicken skin, kingfish ham, whipped white roe, house pickles and olives Entree 2: Roasted japanese pumpkin, parmesan custard, persimmon, nuts and seeds Main: Cumbed flathead, pomme anna, crushed pea, warm tartare sauce Sides: Broccoli, salted ricotta, anchovy, chilli, garlic, lemon Sides 2: Leaf salad, french dressing Dessert: Seasonal fruit plates and chocolate truffles #districtbrasserie #sydneyfinedining #breasseriedining #seasonalmenu #MarkKnox #JasonHillier-Leggatt #businesslunch #businessdinner #modernaustralian #inhousebakery #chifleytower #chifleysquare #Australianproduce #locallysourced #Sydneydining #sydneyeats #Sydneyfoodie #sydneybrunch #Sydneydinner #thefork #timeoutsydney #eatinginsydney #findinggoodfood #organicbread #australianlocal #goodfoodsydney #goodfoodenthusiast (at District Brasserie) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bzz1CKnF2bc/?igshid=1ajgxj1euvdjp
