Me: I am once again getting emotional about the fact that Deku is not the only one who’s body moves automatically when he hears someone in need but Bakugo as well. In fact, it’s shown that Katsuki’s instincts are way faster than most of his classmates which means he taught himself to listen out for signs of distress and I can’t stop thinking about a tiny Katsuki hearing signs of distress when he was younger and thinking “One day I’ll be able to help people faster than all these fuckers” and then slowly over time equating winning to being faster than the rest of the heroes because saving people becomes a given to him. Like of fucking course he’s gonna save people, that’s what being a hero is about.

It literally blows my fucking mind that people fucking saw this face he was making. Legit saw this boy afraid for his fucking life and still did not have the gall, the fucking decency, to ask him if he was fucking ok.

“You’re pretty strong, kid” is NOT the same as “Are you alright?” Or even a “Sorry we didn’t get to you sooner.”

This panel literally breaks my fucking heart. It’s like one of the only two panels in any manga I’ve read that like sticks with me to my core.

I think the best thing my husband could’ve done for me was let me know it was ok to still love my ex and also stop me from making him the villain of my story.

Sometimes people do bad shit to you and it helps you learn and I used to get so fucking angry at myself for thinking about him sometimes and wanting to talk to him. But that man was dead ass my best friend before we started dating. He was such a huge part of my life and I LOVED him (first love folks).

But when I met my husband I knew what it felt like to have that love reciprocated. It didn’t mean my love was wrong or that I should stop caring about my ex. It meant I wanted to show my husband how much I could love him because he deserved it.

I have been thinking about love and religion and grief and misery so much the past few days. Trying to break it down, understand it more and then trying to like communicate it in the best way I know how.

I haven’t gotten there yet… but yesterday I said something to a friend, and my brain went “Oh this is love.” And there’s just something so fucking special about that.

#I think it’s actually kind of terrifying #how much we as humans recognize basic human decency as like an act of kindness instead of just being good to each other #as if we are born into this world and immediately expected to be treated like scum #we cry when we’re brought into the world because we’re ripped from the safe warm confines #of our mother’s uteruses #but the world is supposed to be so much brighter and more free than a small tiny confined little warm space #there are so many things to explore #people to meet #so much love to experience #just thinking a lot I guess #and also….I miss my mom so much it physically aches #so…there’s that #marquie rambles

I wanna do a song analysis of Mount Everest by Labrinth and don’t SAVE me by Willow and thoroughly talk about how both songs are saying the same thing but coming from different types of people.

And then go a step further and tell y’all why Mount Everest is the way Katsu copes and don’t SAVE me is the way I cope.

But I don’t have the energy right now so maybe I’ll come back to it.
