This is my mum's ring, she gave it to me when she was decluttering. I wore it tonight on a whim.. tonight I attended my first cacao ceremony..a dive into the divine feminine on the eve of Mother's Day. A timely moment also on the eve of my move away from NYC. A city of vitality, ambition, goals and for me a place which calls forward a lot of my masculine energy. My leap of faith has been towards claiming my divine feminine self. And my new intention is integration of the two. This sweet girly bow, which fits on my wedding ring finger, from my mum was on the alter tonight. An unlikely symbol off feminine power. I was giving it meaning, as I do at times to create reminders to help guide me through my inner lessons. So imagine if you will, marrying the divine feminine. And the message I got from that union was rise rise rise. As a woman not as a man. Rise in my feminine, strengthen my identity with the divine mother and never give my power away. To the divine mother God, the lineages of mothers, priestesses, alchemists, witches, queens, leaders, warriors, holy women, fierce women, saints, concubines, sacred prostitutes and sacred virgins. Be blessed this Mother's Day. Thank you. I am humbled and proud to be your one of your daughters and to be a women today. May I serve well. #divinemother #mothersday #sacredspace #riseriserise #travellinglight #urbandivine #marrythis (at West Village)
