-Skipper giving him the battery as a thank you for saving his tailfeather (Julien’s reaction was so sweet, this entire moment is really freaking sweet)

-BLOWHOLE SHIPS THESE TWO, HE KIDNAPPED JULIEN FOR SKIPPER TO RESCUE CUZ HE THOUGHT THAT WOULD GET TO SKIPPER THE MOST THATS SUCH A DAMSEL IN DISTRESS MOVE THATS USUALLY ROMANTIC HOLY HECK

I think I should stop here CUZ THERES MORE BUT I THINK THESE ARE MY VERY FAVORITES

Kico:

-Any of the times Rico helps or works with Kowalski I love seeing these two together so much

-Rico wiggling his eyebrows at Kowalski after Skipper was romancing Kitka lIKE RICO YOURE IMPLYING SOMETHING Kowalski got very suspicious

-Kowalski: the penguin mating calls didn’t have any effect. At least not on the lemurs…Rico: *cuddles up to him* How you doin’?(This just screamed canon)

-The time Kowalski was in injured and was in the injured room he kept smiling at Rico as Rico was smiling at him it was so sweet

-anytime these two hold each other

-HENCE when Kowalski was comforting Rico when they were trapped in that cage together almost accepting their fate. (until Petey was here to save the day)

-THERES an exchanges between these two where Rico is giving Kowalski a bomb and and Kowalski’s expression is so sweet it looks like Rico is giving him a wedding ring. (Its a wedding bomb)

-in the PoM movie where the two are doing the folk dance

-NOW I HAVENT SEEN ALL OF SEASON 3 YET but I feel this ep where Kowalski turns into a pink cat?? Has a lot of Kico moments in it I have no idea I’ve never seen this ep but the fanart I’ve seen of it are very Kico so I’m excited to get there so I feel there’s gonna be some favorite parts in it for me

-I know there’s more BUT I think these are me favorite moments

-WHEN THEY MEET JULIEN AND MARTY WAS SO INTERESTED INTO JULIEN ALEX LOOKED SO DISPLEASED AND HIS FACE WAS HILARIOUS

-Marty calling Alex “Ali Al”

-Marty trying to show off Alex to all he lemurs with his roar

-The paradise scene, and Marty getting Alex into his wild side

-Marty going back for Alex when Alex lost his freaking mind out of hunger aND ALEX TELLING HIM TO GO AWAY CUZ HE DIDNT WANT TO HURT HIM like dud e…Marty stayed and tried singing their song again to help him C,:

-Madly Madagascar is honesty Alex being jealous of everyone trying to be Marty’s valentine cuz he just keeps trying to get his attention instead and give him his own valentine and REMIND him that he can be his valentine!

-Alex apologizing to Marty about confusing him with other zebras and telling him how special he was to him that was too sweet (AND HE SPOT HIM OUT AMONG THE OTHER ZEBRAS TOO)

When have you started shipping your ships?

Ohhhhh man get ready lets seeeeeee

SkiJu: when I first saw tPoM I wasn’t completely into it yet so I never noticed really anything about these two (weird I know) In fact the only ship I ever recognized was Skilene. It never got to me tho, I just like the two as friends. I’ve always loved Madagascar and would watch the movies as they came and when I saw the penguins were getting a movie in 2014 I really wanted to see it! So I did and I got the urge to watch tPoM again. When did I couldn’t believe how many moments Skipper and Julien had and I sat there thinking “how did I miss all of this oh my gosh” and really liked the idea of them as a couple as they’re adorable and had so many gay moments together I couldn’t resist. But I didn’t have anyone to share this with so I kinda dropped out of it again, but THEN I rewatched the PoM movie at the end of 2016 and got the urge to rewatch tPoM againnnnnn and it renewed my love for it and I dragged my girlfriend @yokai-watch-is-why into it cuz she also had an old love for the show and finally I had someone to share my skijuness with as I got her to ship it too and my love for these penguins and lemurs hehe. (I got her into AHKJ too!!) And here I am today shipping the heck out of them still they are my otp, and still loving these guys.

Kico: it pretty much falls under the same reasons as SkiJu by watching tPoM again! Seeing how these two bonded in the show was really adorable and they always acted so close together I really liked them together and wanted to ship them. They’re my second fave ship in the Madagascar franchise.

CloMo: DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION HONESTLY! Every since I saw the Big Papi and Mama seats taken by Clover and Maurice it lit a spark in me to ship these two. And then I recognized more and more how these two bond and it’s sooooo good I just couldn’t hold back anymore. I used to lowkey ship these two but the more I saw and imagined with these two, the harder I shipped these two so it’s no longer a lowkey ship for me anymore!!!

Panched: EXILED BASICALLY! And the part where they held each other in it, that’s what got me attention. I thought of them as a couple and how they’re traveling together in Exiled I just “oh yes this would be adorable, I’m shipping it.”

MartyAlex: I USE TO LOWKEY SHIP THESE TWO CUZ THEIR RELATIONSHIP IN THE MOVIES IS REALLY CUTE AND CLOSE but then @merrymadagascar came in with his love for these two and seeing more of them and their good points this is also another ship I no longer lowkey ship. They are adorable together.

And THUS are pretty much my favorite ships in this franchise. I like a lot more ships but these are the most important ones to me ♥️
