what are my muse’s requirements for a potential partner?

To clear this up before I get into this, seeing as I’ve only had this blog for like a week, I’ve not really explored much of May’s sexuality and orientation just yet. From canon and from a couple of threads here, I can say for certain she is attracted to men - I’m not sure how she stands with attraction to women or other genders yet. It’s something I’d like to explore but since I haven’t yet, this post will be on the basis of her attraction to men. 

Now, she really doesn’t have a set of requirements as such when it comes to potential partners. Preferences, yeah, but not requirements. Someone could approach her who is not her “type” and she could have great chemistry with them, for instance. 

Character is a big thing for her. More than anything, she needs to be able to have a good time with a guy. Making her laugh is a big plus. It’s also really important to her that a partner has strong principles. She herself, especially when younger, is a bit of an activist, and it’s a big turn-off to her if partners don’t have some kind of strong beliefs that they stick by no matter what. Someone being open to new ideas is important too. She went to college and is quite a intellectual person by nature, someone who loves to gather new information and such. Even if her partner isn’t the most educated person in the world, she doesn’t mind - what’s important to her is that they are willing to learn things with her so she has someone to bounce ideas off and someone to debate and discuss with. 

As for preferences in regards to looks, she does like a guy who is taller than her - which isn’t hard really because she’s only 5′4. From what I’ve seen from her so far, she likes a leaner kind of guy. Not totally built, but still kind muscular. (If I’m honest what I’m really thinking here is Eddie Cahill thanks to @spiderpappa because that gifset of Ben in the towel? Pssshh that caught her attention). Eye colour and hair colour don’t matter to her really. 

Finally (Peter don’t look) - the bedroom. Once again, someone who is up for trying anything. She can be a bit bossy in the bedroom, so a partner can’t take issue with that. She can be quite variable. Sometimes she might want sex to be tender and slow, other times, well, the opposite lmao. So May requires someone to keep up with her in that regard and someone who is comfortable enough in themselves to deal with her telling her if she wants something done differently.
