I live among gods
Here and now. In the dimness of my apartment I sit with my cats. Two gods, two marvols of energy & matter, flesh & blood, watch me play animal crossing.
I am a god with them too. Sitting in my quiet apartment (that I have made as a throne to myself) playing a video game. like all gods I've been blessed. I've done many stupid things. I shape my world around me.
I am a god amongst gods. I share a beautiful blue and green planet full of life, with the greatest gods I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. humanity is the best gods I know
we create, destroy, love, fear, and (fail to) control better than any other gods I've read about. I marvol at us too. I sit on the shoulders of giants
and then I watch the world around me despair and dream of heaven. as if we had not already arrived
(the kingdom of god is at your hands baby!)
I find that we see us as merely human. only. as if I cease to exist at the ends of my fingertips
Late at night I dream about heaven too.
and it's here, now, when I say it to be so
