I’m rewatching 1x04 and I’ve always found it fascinating how Thornhill almost blows her own cover in this moment. In my opinion, it’s almost unconscious and not entirely intentional , and for what? Just to show that she knows Tyler, or because of that creepy sense of possession she has over him?
It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this much disgust for a fictional character, and Christina Ricci did such an incredible job that she actually made me forget about the crush I’ve had on her for as long as I can remember.
