ENCAPSULATED FOODS, LESSON 1: MASA TACOS π My submission to @foodfutureinstitute: I donβt have a grill so I just baked the mushrooms in my toaster oven ;) Couldnβt get masa harina either so replaced with garbanzo flour + arrowroot powder instead. No tortilla press either so I made it free form. Since I baked it in my toaster oven, it became a crispy taco, haha. Mr Jazz Guitarist enjoyed it soooo much.
