Gorgeous mason bee that came out to enjoy the weather and forage on some early-blooming flowers! I’m thinking Osmia lignaria. This is a new find for me, so she was a very fun surprise :)

No “made it past the archers” this time, buuuuut the bee’s head did fall off mid-pinning, so I get to have comedy bee reaching for her head.
Also there is a wasp that my partner pinned bc I had two bugs and she wanted to try pinning.
