boolprop cheats (like boolprop allow45degreeangeofrotation) can be permanently activated/deactivated in a user startup file, while other cheats (like moveobjects and setquartertile) can only be alias'd - i.e. that you don't have to type the whole "moveobjects on", you'd only have to type for example "mon" or whatever you alias it to. :)
