This has been a frequent theme in class and I’m sure everyone is tired of hearing about it but here’s an update!
TL;DR
The new FCC rules on net neutrality go into effect today. BUT they are only partial rules and apparently need revising. There is still the possibility of legal challenges to the rules, and providers are hesitant to change their services until things are settled.
