i made this little vid for my Tenacious D + Evangelion mashup and then someone was like “put this in an amv contest” and i was like “there are amv contests??” so i got into otakon and flew 3000 miles to DC because narcissism and watched it in a theater there with my butthole clenched for two hours because the other vids were so good and then won a thing and my youtube vid got a few thousand views which seemed like a lot but then out of nowhere on christmas fucking day some twitch rando retweeted it and the views exploded to the six figures which feels impossible for a thing i made but even more impossible is that the comments have been so overwhelmingly positive like i can’t even deal with it

also uhhhh i thought tumblr was dead which is why i didn’t think to post it here until now
