Week of Toku Ladies Day Four: 1989

Reika Shindai (Shindai Reika) is a Southern Base swordswoman who is in service only to Master Logos himself. As his personal assistant and assassin, she carries out his orders without a second thought. First deployed as a messenger, she attempts to recruit Touma to Southern Base, but he refuses her offer. Later, Reika is deployed as Kamen Rider Sabela, using the Eneiken Noroshi and the element of smoke to “take care” of anyone who opposes Master Logos and his organization.
