Since @panyum recently posted some art, I find it interesting my newest artwork contrasts Pan's entirely in mood. Though, I was going for fluff anyways. Plus, my original Canon scanner's working again! So all the original colors from my colored pencils are here. Yay! :D I hope you like my rendition of Ayako and Vy for you, Pan. Take it as thanks for your friendship and presence in getting me more into the FGO and Mastersona fandom. <3

Ayako's probably internally suffering at how Vy made her into an informal pillow from overworking/farming exhaustion, but eh. She needs more fluff in her life. :p Though a good way to move a sleeping Vy is to just give her to a loving Servant. A May King, Greek Hero, loving Shielder Kouhai, or former King Arthur all come to mind.

Based off of this picture of Grey and Waver from Case Files and completed with the help of various references (all linked to give the original artists credit), I'd like to think this is a moment that takes place in Part 1.5, before the Lostbelts. Even in some peace, you gotta take a break sometimes. And what's a better break than being with a fellow Master that's been with you since Day 1?

All I could think of when drafting this was a simple quote from Vy that I haven't written in Passing Days yet, but still applies to Ayako when it comes to their friendship in their Coexisting AU shown in the Extra Days:

"Even if you have different origins from everyone else, you're still my friend, Aya-san. I like being with you. So, if it's okay, I'd like to keep sticking with you if you're still willing to keep me."

Now if only writing muse could cooperate... Still, I hope you enjoy this bit of fluff I can give in my break, Pan. (=ﾟ▽ﾟ)/ 6-7 hours of work on a thing is a new record for my art. Woo!

A lil more about the mastersonas

Since I decided to have a mastersona and the Gudas I also decided to divide the servants among them (with some exceptions). Going to talk about some of the servants that are divided in trios, first is a very infamous trio: the stalker trio.

Kiyohime went with Rikko (m!guda) she went with him since he's the closest to Anchin, she claims all 3 have to be him despite how little sense that makes but since Riko's the closest she went with him.

Raiko went with Rex since she thinks he needs a mother figure the most out of all of them, since he rarely interacts with people much.

Serenity went with Rikka (f!guda) she could've went with any of them since they all gain Mash's poison immunity, but decided to go with Rikka since she Rikka specifically asked her to join. Rikka saw the others had their own stalkers and wanted on herself. Rikka also thought Serenity was cute

Aqui, I can certainly tell you I'm doing okay. A little sore in my left arm from the COVID vaccine, but otherwise okay. Thank you for the worry, though. I was just writing the story this morning to help a friend, that's all. :)

And yes, in-universe, Ayako and Vy both need a lot of rest. Saving Humanity isn't exactly easy. At least a lot of the Servants are working on that! Breaks are a luxury.

And it's definitely difficult to see someone you know going through a rough patch. More so when you can't turn your sympathy/empathy button off. But if time's taught me anything, sometimes being there is all we can do for our loved ones. And I'll keep doing my best. :) Vy in-story's gonna be doing the same.

Mastersona(s)

in an attempt to pass time until the event and because I’ve been meaning to write this down for ages now I’m going to write up a profile on my own mastersona. Can’t draw very well so it’ll text only for now. Name: Rex Age: 20 (at the start of the story) Height: 6′3″ Eyes: Brown Hair: Black, short and spiky Nationality: Mexican-American Place of Origin: Kansas, U.S.A Language: English, a bit of spanish Rex is a relatively inexperienced mage who only just recently learned magecraft even existed since his ancestor who held the family crest decided that instead of actually passing it down to the generations, would rather keep it as long as possible while also keeping himself alive for as long as possible. He only just recently decided to pass it down to Rex, the best current candidate to succeed him. Most of the family display decent-ish magical circuits so he’s capable of at least some amount of magecraft. Along with passing down the crest this ancestor also left with him a journal filled with general knowledge of all the magecraft he learned in his VERY long life, as he refused to specialize in only one type of magecraft. Rex got some practice in before joining Chaldea so he’s not going into it completely blind, but it’s not much. The main reason he joined Chaldea was an attempt to be more independent as he was an adult but still depended on his parents. If you noticed the title, it’s plural as I decided that along with my Mastersona that the Gudas should be along for the ride as kind of psuedo mastersonas. Since the idea of all three seemed insteresting to me. They go by the nicknames of Rikko for m!Guda and Rikka for f!Guda, to differentiate and not just use the same name for both. Names: Rikko, Rikka Ages: 18 (for the both of them) Height: Rikko: 5′10″ Rikka: 5′8″ Eyes: Rikko: Blue Rikka: Amber Hair: Rikko: Black, spiky Rikka: Orange, medium length Nationality: Japanese Place of origin: Fuyuki, Japan Language: Japanese, English The twins are also pretty inexperienced in magecraft, while they were aware of it for most the lives they don’t have amazing magical circuits and as such don’t have much experience in the application of spells and the like. This inexperience compared to Rex along with the age gap has led them to refer to Rex as “senpai” just like Mash. The twins have spent most of their lives together, which isn’t too odd since they’re still pretty young all things considered. Being in Chaldea is actually the first time they had separate rooms. The main reason for them joining Chaldea is in an attempt to better hone their magecraft abilities. While their family do have a type of magecraft they specialize in they themselves decided to branch and try other forms, as the idea of having your expertise chosen for you at the birth did not sit well with, and their parents were surprisingly on board with the idea having the same sentiments.

because I was surprised earlier today by an artist drawing Lillith (not once, BUT TWICE) I had to repay and draw in my style while I could! I threw in Ayako because I’ve always loved the themes with Dantes. More will come, brain’s just still fried from the sun. Another servant trio thing

More servants that kinda come in a trio to divide to each of my mastersonas, this time it's one I call the Extra trio because they're probably the servants that love Hakuno the most probably. But there is no Haku only Gudas (and Rex)

Nero goes with Rikka, this is mainly because Nero thinks that Rikka must be the most perfect Praetor and finds her to be the cutest potential master. Rikka also finds her cute, and while she is aware of some of her terrible actions in history she genuinely has trouble believing this woman is responsible for those atrocities.

Tamamo goes with Rikko, partially because Tamamo always places her self as her master's wife despite gender so might as well make it more logical. Also it's at least some what of a no one else left thing since Nero insisted on going with Rikka and Rex just took BB no questions asked. But Tamamo is more then happy being with Rikko.

As mentioned above BB went with Rex, part of it is that BB always refers to her master as senpai and while originally Rex didn't feel much from being called that after some time with Mash and even the twins calling him that now it kind of gives a sense of reliability since you usually refer to someone to look up with that phrase. Obviously BB doesn't act like that and prefers to bully her master normally, she will sometimes even bring up Hakuno to make him jealous which works. This backfires usually tho as he then usually has another servant discipline her, nothing too serious just enough to get the message across to not do that. Despite the occasional bullying they can get along just fine usually, almost to the point that it shocked the twins how well.

General HC’s for Rex and the twins

as the title says, just a couple HC’s to flesh out the characters a bit. These are super random with no connection to each other.

All 3 have horrible sleep schedules, everyone is very concerned about it. You’ll usually see the twins in the morning with a decently large sized caffeinated beverage of their choosing (tea for Rikko, coffee for Rikka) Rex however doesn’t particularly partake in caffeine much, at least not with intention of staying awake. Rex can usually just power through for a decently long time with as little as 4 hours of sleep up until around 5-ish pm and then he’d really like a nap. Things do get more difficult for him to do this if he sits or lays down for long enough.

They all have pets with them (probably doesn’t make sense for you to be able to bring pets to chaldea but we’ll ignore that for now) Rikko has a small Rabbit named Moka, she’s a very timid individual (normal for Rabbits I know) so is almost never seen outside Rikko’s room. On rare occasions you can see her near Fou just kinda chilling. Rikka has a Calico cat named Max, just like most cats he just go wherever he pleases and frequently goes to try to “hunting” tho there’s almost nothing for him to hunt. He tried to hunt Fou once but for some reason was never seen doing it again. Finally Rex has a Rottweiler Mix named Chikkis, she’s usually found in Rex’s room as she doesn’t not get along well with stangers and will usually growl at any unfamiliar individuals. 

They don’t share all the servants between them. Usually a servant will go with one of the three, not all of them. For reasons such as some servants getting along well with one master but not the other 2, a servant being better suited for the combat style of a particular master or just one of the masters wanting to keep a particular servant to themselves(ie Rex refusing to share Quetz) There are a few expections including: Mash, Da Vinci, Holmes, and Sheba.
