Not on the prompt list, but could you write about baking with Boldy and it being a complete mess? Like there is flour all over the both of you, there is batter splattered around the kitchen, and you two are just laughing the whole time.
neither you nor matt were bakers by any means, but when you saw a recipe for twix cookies on tiktok you knew you had to get matt to make them with you.
"next step. add the floor and baking powder. mix throughly." you scrunch your nose trying to read the print on your phone.
matt did as you instructed, using a big spoon to transfer the dry ingredients into the bowl that contained the wet ones and then turning on the mixer.
he must not have been paying attention or maybe he just didn't know but he put the electric mixer on a high level because, flour along with bits of dough flew everywhere.
"you think that's funny?" matt was quick to turn off the device.
"it's hilarious babe" you tried to cover your laughter, failing miserably. but that was okay since matt was laughing as well.
he had to admit it was pretty silly. but you know what was even funnier? when the hockey player took an egg and cracked it over your head, covering you in egg goop.
"hey! we need those." you still continue to giggle. you tried to resist the urge to get him back with another egg or throw a glob of cookie dough at him but ended up giving in.
taking a small glob of the gooey cookie dough, you fling it in his direction. he totally saw it coming but was not able to move out of the way in time and hit him.
in retaliation, matt tried the same action, but getting a different result as the dough sailed past your head. laughing and having fun the little food fight continued until there was about half the amount of dough left than what you had started with.
"y/n how many of these things do you think i can fit in my mouth?" matt was unwrapping all the little kraft baking caramels while you finished with the cookie part of the cookies.
shaking your head at your man, you gave him a wild guess of ten pieces of candy. proving you wrong, matt was able to shovel sixteen on the square caramels in mouth.
after waiting for what seemed like forever for the cookies to be fully assembled it was time to taste test them. and oh my god where these things delicious. not quite like the popular candy bar, but close enough.
"damn these are good. we should make 'em again." you snag another cookie from the baking sheet.
"or we could find another one to make." matt suggested.
"you really want to do this again?" a smile broke out of your face once again.
"of course! babe this was so much fun. i want to do this again." matt returned the smile, stealing the rest of the cookie that was in your hand.
