Contradictory information exists about all subjects, as it does with Bugs, Andreas Johnsen’s documentary about food sustainability. It opens with warnings. The film presents these warnings lighthearted but they are warnings nonetheless. First, that by 2050, the human population will swell to a whopping 9 billion. That’s 2 billion and 28% more than what we have now. And to feed those younger people we might have to to add insects as part of everyone’s diet.
