Today, we recognize energy as the building blocks of nature. All life, from bacteria to humans to the Universe itself requires energy to exist. From the time you come to be the very cell that made you and every action you take require energy to do so.
From sound energy to thermal energy absorbed from the sun our bodies break down & coordinate the information flow & use it wherever necessary. We then transmit this energy from our thoughts into all we do. Whether it be a kind word spoken, a beautiful work of art or, in some instances, a damaging emotional imprint; everything we say and do matters.
This is the how and why of the way our minds effect the world around us. It's also why we must be careful how we utilize this gift of life. Every living thing is interconnected.
