What if something that pleases you doesn't please God? Will you still pursue it?

Here's a story from 1 Kings 21 --- Ahab went home distressed from a failed negotiation to buy Naboth's land because it was the remaining memory of his deceased father. Now, Ahab's wife, Jezebel, in order to be appreciated by her husband, killed Naboth and finally, conquered the land which pleased his husband BUT DISPLEASED the Lord.

Have you found yourself in the same situation as Jezebel? Knocking on the hearts of everyone you know, longing to be loved and accepted. Don’t get me wrong, it's okay to exert efforts, show how important things are to you, as long as you are still on the right path.

AS LONG AS IT PLEASES GOD.

Above everything else, choose what pleases God. Seek him wholeheartedly and He will give you the desires of your heart. More than what you asked for and expected.

Matthew 6:33 says, "Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need."

A proverbs 31 woman isn’t easily impressed with just muscles and confidence, don’t get me wrong that’s a factor but not the factor, she’s looking for a man who can be her spiritual leader and a mentor to her children to be, for a woman a overconfident man is considered a bit of a risk because she feels that he may not stay loyal to her but only sees her as the flavor of the month, Godly women see relationships as a wonderful investment, she’s not going to invest in a man who can’t commit, can’t hold a job or thinks everything is a joke. Mateo 6:33 ay nagsasabi, “Kaya unahin ninyo ang mapabilang sa kaharian ng Dios at ang pagsunod sa kanyang kalooban, at ibibigay niya ang lahat ng pangangailangan ninyo.“

Tunay na nakaka-sabik manambahan muli sa bahay ng Diyos.
