 According to ancient astrology, this flower was under the protection of the son of the goddess Maia. Another legend tells of a Lily of the Valley that fell in love with a nightingale's song, so it bloomed only when the bird returned to the woods in May.

Lily of the Valley symbolizes comfort, purity, and sweetness, but it also signifies humility and the return of happiness.
