Here’s some siblings I made for a slice of life comic I’m working on! They’re the Carter family!
They’re a rock band family who got two new step siblings that they gotta live with who I will be designing later!
Now for the characters!
There’s Liam, the youngest. He’s much more reasonable than his other siblings & much more calm too! He’s six years old & very smart for his age! In the band, he enjoys to play keyboard as he still wants to be in the band, but doesn’t really like guitars or loud drums.
The second youngest is Marcus! He plays the bass guitar & is a bit more energetic & jumpy than the others. He looks up to his older brother Phineas. He’s 12 years old & really likes bright colors added to darker ones. Most of the time, he sticks random band-aids on his arms & legs to look cool. His favorites are the neon ones especially. He’s rather naive & gullible so his siblings need to keep him in check from time to time.
Then there’s Phineas! He’s the second oldest & a fraternal twin! He plays the drums & loves to yell. A lot. He’s not too skilled at a lot of things, other than drums & sometimes writes stuff like lyrics, but he never uses them for songs cause he isn’t too confident in them. He’s pretty protective of his siblings & is a proud pine cone & tree branch collector.
Finally, we have the oldest, Maya! She’s 17 & is the oldest twin, her counterpart being Phineas! She is the lead guitarist & is more in line than Phineas & Marcus. She isn’t as responsible as Liam, but she is the one who is always put in charge of her siblings due to her experiences of babysitting them & her cousins when she was younger. She likes to makes lists of everything that happens & documents important moments in her life to reflect on when she is older. She still knows how to have fun though & can be a bit of a wild card at school & in the garage where they practice.
